Job description for Social Media Specialist at SUNEEDAYCREATIVE
Must-haves
- 1-3 years managing brand or talent accounts (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook)
- Strong understanding of short-form video algorithms and formats, especially TikTok and Reels
- Able to analyze platform insights (reach, engagement rate, retention) and turn them into evaluations and action plans
- Proficient in basic editing tools (CapCut, Canva, or similar)
- Experienced in producing monthly social media reports Skilled at writing captions and copy that follow brand guidelines Up to date with trends, trending audio, and viral formats
- Able to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced daily and weekly content rhythm \
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Willing to WFO
Nice to have
- Experience in the entertainment industry, KOL agencies, MCNs, or digital studios • Experience managing mid-to-large follower accounts Familiar with community management (comments, DMs, fan groups, WhatsApp channels) following community guidelines Basic knowledge of paid promotion (boosts/ads) on social media platforms
- Experience collaborating with talents or creators on cross-platform content
- Basic mobile videography and photography skills for social media content
