Job Description
- Develop social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and new user acquisition.
- Generate relevant content ideas within the crypto industry, including financial education, blockchain, digital asset security, and market updates.
- Manage and optimize all company social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
- Conduct research on the latest crypto industry trends and digital trends to support up-to-date content.
- Create compelling, accurate copywriting and storytelling aligned with the company’s communication guidelines.
- Collaborate with the creative team in developing visual/video content (briefs, concepts, scripts).
- Monitor, moderate, and respond to audience interactions, including comments and direct messages.
- Analyze content performance using analytical tools and provide regular performance reports.
- Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns, online events, and other brand activities.
- Ensure all published content complies with OJK regulations and communication standards for digital financial products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Communication, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related fields).
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist/Content Creator.
- Understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain, and digital asset market development (a strong advantage).
- Knowledge of communication and marketing regulations in the financial/crypto sector is a plus.
- Strong copywriting skills with a creative approach to educational content.
- Ability to interpret analytics and insights to optimize content strategy.
- Familiar with tools such as Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics, Buffer/Hootsuite etc.
- Proactive, strategic thinker with the ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt quickly to changes.
