Job Description
- Develop and execute social media content plans and strategies across multiple platforms.
- Create engaging content, including social media posts, Reels, Stories, and short-form videos.
- Develop content ideas, captions, scripts, and copywriting aligned with the brand and target audience.
- Manage daily social media activities, including content scheduling, publishing, and audience engagement.
- Support social media coverage for company events, campaigns, partnerships, and other activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support content production and digital campaigns.
- Monitor social media trends and performance to identify opportunities for content improvement.
- Prepare and analyze social media performance reports based on key metrics.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Good communication and copywriting skills.
- Able to communicate in English, both written and spoken.
- Basic graphic design skills and familiar with Canva/capcut or similar design tools.
- Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and creating on-camera content.
- Basic knowledge of photography and camera operation is a plus.
- Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or collaboratively.
