Job description for Social Media Specialist at WM Center
Responsibilities:
- Write engaging captions aligned with the brand’s tone of voice
- Plan and manage a content calendar for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Schedule and publish posts across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Capture short-form video content for social media needs
- Create and manage Instagram Stories on a regular basis
- Ensure visual and messaging consistency across all platforms
- Stay up to date with social media trends and adapt them into relevant content
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams on campaigns and digital activations
- Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, views) to evaluate content effectiveness
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in social media management or digital content creation (fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome to apply)
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write engaging captions aligned with brand tone of voice
- Hands-on experience managing Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube accounts
- Comfortable with short-form video shooting using mobile devices
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, VN, InShot, or similar tools)
- Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and platform best practices
- Able to analyze basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, views) and derive simple insights
- Portfolio of social media work (posts, reels, TikTok, etc.) is required
