Trend Research & Ide Konten Viral

• Memantau & menganalisis tren TikTok & IG Reels

• ⁠Brainstorming ide konten UGC yang engaging

• Mengembangkan strategi gimmick marketing

Strategi UGC & Kolaborasi

• Bekerja sama dengan tim kreatif dalam konsep konten

• Merancang storytelling yang natural & soft-selling

• Mengarahkan konsep video UGC agar sesuai standar Adsventure

Semi Content Creator (Talent & Produksi Video)

• Sesekali menjadi talent dalam video UGC

• Bisa syuting & editing sederhana via smartphone

• Memastikan konten menarik perhatian dalam 3 detik pertama

KUALIFIKASI

• Berpengalaman di social media & content creation

• Selalu update dengan tren TikTok, Instagram, & algoritma sosial media

• Paham storytelling UGC yang engaging & tidak terlihat hard-selling

• Bisa berpikir kreatif & menyusun strategi konten out of the box

• Memiliki skill editing video sederhana via smartphone (CapCut, VN, InShot, dll.)

• Mampu menarik perhatian dalam 3 detik pertama dalam sebuah video
