XEXYMIX Indonesia is looking for a Social Media Specialist who is passionate about content, trends, and community engagement. This role will focus on content planning, content execution, real-time content posting, and community management across our social media channels. We are looking for someone who is highly proactive, trend-aware, and able to turn ideas into engaging content that strengthens brand awareness and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Planning & Execution
• Plan and execute organic social media content aligned with brand campaigns, product launches, and marketing objectives
• Research social media trends, content ideas, and viral opportunities relevant to the activewear and lifestyle industry
• Create content plans and coordinate content calendars for Instagram and TikTok
• Produce and execute content from ideation to final publishing, including scripting, shooting, editing, and posting
• Handle in-house content production, including photo and video creation for social media needs
• Edit short-form videos and social media assets using tools such as CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Execute event-based content coverage and ensure timely real-time posting during events, activations, launches, and campaigns
• Manage content inventory and ensure all content is organized and uploaded according to schedule
2. Community Management
• Manage daily interactions across social media platforms, including comments, direct messages, mentions, and reposts
• Build positive engagement with followers and strengthen brand community presence
• Monitor audience conversations and respond in a timely and brand-appropriate manner
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding customer inquiries, feedback, and escalations when needed
• Support community growth through active engagement and audience interaction initiatives
3. Content Coordination
• Coordinate KOL repost schedules and content allocation across channels
• Manage product launch calendars and organic content publishing schedules
• Ensure consistency of content quality, brand tone, and visual presentation across all platforms
• Monitor content performance and provide recommendations for future content improvement
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Multimedia, Public Relations, or related fields
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Social Media Management, Content Creation, or Community Management
• Experience in fashion, activewear, sports, beauty, or lifestyle brands
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, content trends, and platform best practices
• Hands-on experience in content shooting, editing, and real-time content execution
• Proficient in CapCut, Canva, Adobe, or similar content editing tools
• Strong copywriting and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple content streams simultaneously
• Trend-aware, proactive, socially active, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
