Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for digital content? Do you enjoy turning fun ideas into engaging social media posts that drive traffic and interest? We're looking for a Social Media Specialist to manage and execute social media content across several English 1 centers in our group.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Manage social media platforms to ensure content aligns with the brand identity.
- Communicate with followers and/or customers through comments, direct messages, and WhatsApp.
- Create engaging content such as posters, photos, and videos.
- Develop and execute content strategies that generate leads and engagement.
- Use design tools (photo and video) such as CapCut or Adobe Photoshop.
- Monitor social media metrics, analyze trends, and develop improvement plans.
- Utilize tools such as Facebook Ads Manager to manage paid campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate online activities.
Skills Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience managing social media campaigns and creating content to drive leads and sales
- Good English writing skills
- Positive attitude, creative, flexible, and a great team player
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
- Proven project management ability
- Up to date with social media trends
- Analytical thinker with a creative mindset
- Experienced in managing social media campaigns.
- Able to utilize social media advertising tools effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Passionate about education, creativity, and community engagement.
- Willing to be placed at English 1 - Cempaka Putih
- Preferably based in Central Jakarta
