Job description for Social Media Specialist at Rahsa Nusantara
Job Description
1. Develop and maintain Rahsa Nusantara’s social media channels (e.g. Instagram & Threads) as a space for audience engagement and community building
2. Create social media campaigns and content plans based on audience insights, content performance, and brand objectives
3. Build and nurture relationships with the audience through active engagement and communication
4. Collaborate with Creative and Commerce teams to ensure alignment
5. Analyze content performance, market trends, and audience behavior to generate data-driven insights
6. Continuously optimize content and approach based on data, experimentation, and learnings
Requirements
1. Fresh graduate from any major (Communication, Marketing, or related fields is a plus)
2. Empathetic and able to understand audience needs, with an interest in community building
3. Creative thinker with a data-driven and analytical mindset
4. Open-minded, proactive, and has a growth mindset
5. Strong communication skills in both written English and Bahasa Indonesia
6. Strong research skills with the ability to translate insights into ideas or strategies
7. Familiar with social media platforms, trends, and basic analytics tools
8. Interest in healthy and sustainable living
