We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Social Media Specialist to lead our Content Production Team. This role is pivotal in managing and elevating our online presence across various social media platforms. The perfect candidate is not only passionate about digital storytelling and adept at spotting trends but also possesses strong leadership skills to steer the content production team towards achieving our strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the implementation of our social media strategy to boost brand awareness, increase website traffic, and improve user engagement, ensuring alignment with our overall business objectives.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the content production team, guiding the creation of compelling and brand-aligned content across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
- Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize content and refine strategy.
- Engage actively with our online community, managing responses to comments and messages to cultivate a positive brand image.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in social media and content production, integrating innovative approaches and technologies to keep our social media strategy ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and customer service departments to ensure a unified brand message and to leverage marketing campaigns across social media channels.
- Spearhead social media advertising campaigns, overseeing targeting strategies, budget allocation, and campaign optimization for maximum effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrable experience in a Social Media Specialist role or a similar position, with a proven track record of leading content production teams and executing successful social media campaigns.
- Exceptional storytelling, writing, editing, and communication skills, with a knack for creating engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences.
- Proficient in analyzing social media metrics, with a solid understanding of analytics tools and the ability to use data to inform strategy decisions.
- Experienced with social media management and graphic design tools.
- Strong leadership qualities, capable of inspiring and managing a content production team in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, with additional certification in digital marketing or social media management a plus.
