Role Summary:
We are looking for a creative and highly motivated Social Media Specialist to manage our online presence and capture the vibrant atmosphere of our venue. You will be the digital voice of our brand, responsible for translating high-energy entertainment experiences, music, and exclusive services into engaging social media content that drives foot traffic and brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation & Production: Shoot, edit, and curate daily high-quality visual content—with a strong emphasis on short-form video (Instagram Reels, TikTok) and professional photography—that highlights our events, venue atmosphere, and premium services.
- Daily Campaign Management: Plan and execute recurring content schedules (such as daily music features or weekly event highlights) ensuring consistent posting at peak engagement times.
- On-the-Ground Coverage: Capture live, authentic moments during peak operational hours, highlighting the energy of the crowd, DJ performances, and the VIP/KTV experience.
- Community Engagement: Actively interact with our online audience, responding to comments, direct messages, and mentions to build a loyal and highly engaged community.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the brand management team, performing artists, and operational staff to align social media promotions with upcoming events and venue milestones.
- Analytics & Optimization: Monitor daily performance metrics and track the success of localized paid ads and organic campaigns. Use data insights to refine content strategies and maximize reach.
- Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of the latest social media trends, viral audio tracks, and visual aesthetics to keep the brand's digital presence fresh and culturally relevant.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, Content Creator, or similar role—preferably within the nightlife, entertainment, or premium hospitality industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing video editing skills and an eye for cinematic, high-contrast visual styles.
- Proficiency in creative software suites and mobile editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere, Photoshop).
- Deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok algorithms, especially regarding how to leverage trending audio and hashtags.
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft captions that match an energetic and premium brand voice.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends, to cover live events and peak venue times.
