Job Summary
We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Specialist to develop, execute, and optimize Holink’s social media presence across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube, Discord). This role will focus on increasing brand awareness, building a strong online community, and converting followers into active users. You’ll work closely with the marketing and product teams to align social content with product updates, campaigns, and user engagement goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute social media content for HoLink across social media, focusing on consistency, creativity, and engagement
- Develop content direction, themes, and storytelling formats that align with brand positioning and target audience
- Create and manage content calendars, ensuring timely and structured content delivery
- Work closely with the Growth Lead and design team to produce engaging short-form videos and visual content
- Translate ideas into clear content briefs, scripts, and execution plans for video and social content
- Continuously monitor content performance (views, engagement, saves, shares) and iterate based on insights
- Stay up to date with trends, formats, and platform behavior to ensure content remains relevant and competitive
- Support collaborations with creators and influencers from a content and execution perspective
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital content roles
- Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok content formats, trends, and audience behavior
- Ability to think creatively and translate ideas into engaging short-form content
- Experience in content planning, scripting, or content direction is highly preferred
- Familiar with content performance metrics and able to use data to improve content
- Portfolio or examples of past content work is required
