KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop monthly social media content strategies, plan content themes and ideas, and align them with the company’s overall digital marketing strategy.
• Create content calendars, produce visual and written materials (copywriting and captions), and publish content regularly across all social media channels.
• Collaborate with talents for daily content production (Reels, Shorts, TikTok), including script direction, shooting coordination, and on-set guidance.
• Leverage AI tools (Generative AI, AI visual and copywriting tools) to accelerate idea research, script/caption writing, and creative asset production.
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, manage audience segmentation, and schedule newsletters and promotional emails.
• Conduct keyword research and write/optimize SEO-friendly blog articles to improve website search rankings.
• Handle full event coverage: prepare visual briefs, design/video templates, and promotional content plans pre-event; provide on-site photo/video coverage, create rapid content, publish Live/Reels on the same day, and support social media activation during events.
• Manage community engagement by actively responding to messages and comments, and coordinate with existing customers to collect reviews, case studies, or interviews as social proof.
• Support paid social advertising campaigns by preparing creative visual and video assets for Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and YouTube Ads.
• Analyze social media and content performance (engagement, reach, SEO, and email metrics), prepare regular reports, and ensure achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
REQUIREMENTS
• Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Communication, Business Management, Visual Communication Design, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Social Media, Content Creation, or Digital Marketing (preferably in SaaS, technology, or digital agency).
• AI Tools: Proficient in using AI tools (Generative AI for copywriting, image generation, ideation, etc.) to efficiently produce daily content.
• Email Marketing & SEO: Experience in planning and executing email marketing campaigns (newsletters/copywriting) and writing SEO-optimized articles with keyword research.
• Strategy & Creative Skills: Strong ability in social media strategy, copywriting, scriptwriting, and developing out-of-the-box visual concepts.
• Content Production & Talent Handling: Experienced in directing talents, conducting short video/photo shoots (Reels/TikTok), and understanding basic video/visual editing.
• Event Management: Experience and readiness to handle full on-site documentation and content creation during offline events.
• Analytical & Reporting: Strong analytical skills in interpreting social media insights, measuring KPIs, and preparing regular performance reports.
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with internal/external teams, talents, and customers.
• Work Style: Proactive, hands-on, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.
