- Planning advertisement & promotional campaign for products or services in social media;
- Developing social media content plans that are consistent with the Corporate’s brand identity;
- Improving customer engagement in social media;
- Coordinating with Marketing & Promotion Head in adjusting social media strategy for optimal result;
- Communicating with social media followers;
- Overseeing campaign in social media;
- Updating & maintaining posts for social media including the copywriting;
- Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media;
- Reporting on trends and statistics across social media;
- Performing database that is consisted of Key Opinion Leaders (KOL)/micro influencer/content creator/community;
- Preparing campaign of inviting invited guest list to event or new menu launching and performing campaign reports (consisted of invited list; confirmed guest list; came up guest list and guest that it updating STUJA in their social media);
- Acting as a host and point of contact for invited Key Opinion Leaders (KOL)/micro influencer/content creator/community during their store visits;
- Preparing monthly reports on social media.
