Social Media & Content Specialist — Alfe
Alfe is looking for a Social Media & Content Specialist to manage and grow our presence across Instagram and TikTok.
This role is for someone who is trend-aware, aesthetically driven, understands fashion and social media culture, and knows how to turn a brand direction into engaging content.
The goal is to increase brand exposure, engagement, audience growth, and ultimately sales.
Responsibilities
• Plan monthly content calendars for Instagram & TikTok
• Develop content ideas based on Alfe’s brand direction, audience, and current trends
• Create and edit social media content
• Write captions and copy for Reels, Stories, and other content
• Manage community engagement, including comments, mentions, Threads, and PR-related interactions
• Coordinate KOL, creator, and affiliate collaborations
• Manage and repost UGC
• Monitor social media, fashion, and industry trends
• Track and analyze Instagram & TikTok performance
• Develop and execute strategies to improve reach, engagement, and audience growth
• Support campaigns, product launches, and other brand initiatives
• Provide monthly performance reports and growth insights
Requirements
• Experience in social media management, preferably in fashion brands
• Strong understanding of Instagram & TikTok
• Strong aesthetic eye and understanding of brand consistency
• Trend-aware and understands what resonates with the target audience
• Creative, proactive, and able to work independently
• Able to translate an established brand direction into strong content
• Basic photography, videography, and editing skills
• Strong copywriting skills
• Experience with KOLs, creators, or affiliates is a plus

Mostly WFH
In-person meeting approximately once every 1–2 weeks
