Develop Comprehensive Content Plan
a. Create detailed content plans that align with the brand's strategy, ensuring a consistent and cohesive
message across all social media platforms.
b. Generate innovative and engaging content ideas that capture the audience's attention and encourage
interaction, including graphics and videos.
Content Posting & Scheduling
a. Manage content uploads and maintain a content calendar, ensuring timely scheduling and publication
across all social channels.
b. Ensure correct captions, hashtags, and account tags are used in posts.
c. Maintain a posting calendar to ensure consistency and alignment with campaign objectives.
d. Engagement & Community Management:
e. Create, edit, and publish engaging daily content that fosters meaningful connections and drives community
engagement.
f. Respond to comments, DMs, and inquiries promptly while maintaining the brand’s tone.
g. Actively engage with followers, brand mentions, and relevant content to boost reach.
h. Monitor trends and viral content to interact with trending topics where relevant.
Performance Reporting & Administration:
a. Track, analyze, and compile social media performance data to create regular reports for clients.
b. Provide insights into key metrics such as engagement, reach, growth, and conversions to support all
Operational and Client-Servicing department.
Qualifications :
1. Minimum 2 years of experience in Sosmed Specialist, preferably from a creative agency.
2. Strong creative thinking and exceptional content creation and copywriting skills.
3. Detail-oriented and highly organized.
4. Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
5. Relevant experience in social media management, admin posting, or community management.
6. Fluent in English
7. Willing to relocate to Surabaya
