Qualifications:
Develop and implement socal commerce strategies aligned with the overall business goals and objectives.Identify target audiences, platforms, and product/service offerings that are most suitable for social commerce initiatives
Manage social media accounts and create engaging content specifically tailored for social commerce. Regularly monitor and analyze social media metrics, trends, and consumer insights to optimize content and strategies.
Collaborate with creative team to create content and Live Streaming activities.
Manage digital ads for social commerce activities with the objective of traffic and conversion.
Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to promote products/services effectively. Identify relevant influencers, negotiate partnerships, and coordinate campaigns to generate brand awareness and drive sales.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through social media channels. Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues that may arise.
E-commerce Integration: Work closely with the e-commerce team to integrate social commerce strategies with the company's online store. Optimize product listings, implement social selling features, and streamline the customer journey from social media platforms to the point of purchase.
Performance Analysis: Analyze social commerce metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions, identify areas for improvement, and optimize social commerce initiatives.
Job Scope:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in social media marketing and e-commerce, with a focus on driving sales and conversion rates.
Strong understanding of social commerce platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and techniques, including influencermarketing and content creation.
Familiarity with e-commerce and social commerce platforms and tools, such as TikTok Shop, Facebook and Instagram Shop.
Analytical skills to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and engage with customers effectively.
Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative social commerce strategies.
Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
A passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in social commerce.
