Job Description:

Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Create, plan, and schedule daily/weekly content
Write engaging captions aligned with the brand voice
Stay up-to-date with trends and implement them into content
Collaborate with marketing & design teams for campaigns
Analyze content performance (insights, engagement, reach, etc.)
Manage audience interactions (comments & DMs)

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field
At least 1 year of experience as a Social Media Specialist (fresh graduates with a portfolio are welcome)
Creative, communicative, and has a strong sense of branding
Understands social media platforms and their algorithms
Proficient in tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe (a plus)
Experienced in content creation (photo/video) and copywriting
Up-to-date with digital trends and viral content
