The Social Media Specialist role focuses on managing day-to-day social media operations, supporting content execution, performance monitoring, and coordination with internal teams across multiple client accounts. This is a intern position, requiring daily on-site presence in Surakarta for all work and content production activities.
Qualification
- Able to develop content concepts for social media
- Up-to-date with current social media trends (UGC, platform trends, content formats, etc.)
- Creative mindset with the ability to create content that is engaging and sales-driven
- Strong sense of marketing and understanding of social media marketing objectives
- Able to direct visual content (angles, mood, references) while collaborating with content creator
- Comfortable working directly with clients, including communication, alignment, and feedback handling
- Actively follows and adapts to digital marketing and social media trends
- Proficient in written English for content and communication
- Experience or strong interest in social media marketing execution
- Growth mindset with a strong willingness to learn and develop in digital marketing
