Job Description:
Responsible for managing and growing Gasing Academy’s social media presence through engaging, relevant, and educational content. This role will develop content ideas, manage daily social media activities, collaborate with the creative and marketing teams, and monitor social media performance to strengthen brand awareness and audience engagement.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute social media content plans aligned with Gasing Academy’s brand and marketing objectives.
2. Create and manage engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
3. Develop content ideas, captions, scripts, and creative briefs for social media campaigns.
4. Manage daily social media activities, including posting, scheduling, and community engagement.
5. Monitor trends, audience behavior, and relevant topics to develop timely and engaging content.
6. Collaborate with the Creative, Marketing, and Education teams to produce quality content.
7. Monitor and analyze social media performance, including reach, engagement, growth, and other key metrics.
8. Prepare regular social media reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
9. Maintain consistent brand voice, visual direction, and communication across all social media platforms.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
3. Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and audience behavior.
4. Creative, proactive, and able to develop engaging content ideas.
5. Strong writing and communication skills, particularly in Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus.
6. Familiar with social media analytics and performance reporting.
7. Experience with content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms.
8. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple content schedules and deadlines.
9. Experience in education, learning, or youth-related content is a plus.
