Kualifikasi:

Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 di bidang Komunikasi, Marketing, Digital Media, atau sejenis.

Pengalaman minimal 1–2 tahun mengelola media sosial brand (diutamakan fashion/lifestyle).

Paham algoritma dan tren konten di Instagram, TikTok, dan platform digital lainnya.

Terampil menulis caption yang menarik dan sesuai tone of voice brand.

Mampu menyusun kalender konten dan rencana campaign secara strategis.

Memiliki kemampuan dasar editing foto/video (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, AI Tools).

Terbiasa bekerja sama dengan tim.

Analitis dan mampu membaca performa konten (reach, engagement, growth).

Kreatif, detail, dan responsif terhadap tren dan momen relevan.
