The Profile
- The Creative Strategist: A final-year student or recent grad from a reputable university. You have the relentless work ethic and a portfolio that proves you can make content "slay."
- Visual Instinct: You understand why certain TikToks or Reels go viral while others flop. You're tapped into how Gen Z navigates Identity and Connection today.
- Creator Provenance: You’ve managed a high-growth social account or led creative campaigns before, whether for a startup, a campus org, or your own personal brand.
- Analytical + Articulate: You’re comfortable with engagement data but even better at communicating. You can write, present, and "yap" with professional purpose.
- Culture-First: You understand that "connection requires effort now." You’re passionate about building a brand that feels like a real friend, not a corporation.
The Mission
