Job description for Social Media Specialist at Hakuhodo in Vietnam
- Understand creative direction and able to provide content direction for SNS with diversified channel and platform;
- Be able to coordinate with creative team for any content production in need;
- Provide innovative content format solution & proactively research for content betterment.
- Be able to manage the existence of brand SNS profile and maintain 2-way communication between brand and consumers: response to comments, inbox, engaging activities (minigame, contest, etc.);
- Distribute and promote brand content across SNS channel consistently (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Tiktok, Forum, etc.);
- Able to make social proposal and follow up with variety of KOLs and social channels: celeb, mega to nano KOLs, hot community, hot fanpage, etc. for execution;
- Proactively up-to-date trend/platforms/rising influenced stars for planning.
- Good in communication with internal & external stakeholders, including soft skills and market knowledge;
- Take part in working process of taking brief, debriefing and proposal consolidation;
- Collecting required data for making proposal & report;
- Effectively execute campaign to achieve committed KPI within budget;
- Closely working with account in charge to get direct feedback and approval from clients for social content.
- At least 1 –2 years working experience in advertising in the related position;
- Good knowledge and proficient usage of SNS & social management tool;
- Trend follower and quick adaptation;
- Good communication and problem solving in a calm manner;
- Good project management skills;
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Powerpoint and Excel;
- Patient, dedicated and passionate with social media management;
- Solution oriented & client service mindset;
- Supportive and responsibility.
- Salary Range: 400 – 650 USD/month;
