This is a part-time hybrid role for a Social Media FnB Specialist located in Gading Serpong Tangerang. The role involves creating and managing social media content, developing digital marketing strategies, and communicating effectively with the audience. While some work from home is acceptable, presence at the office is also required for certain tasks.

Job Type: Remote/Hybrid (Gading Serpong, Tangerang)
Salary: Rp1,000,000 - Rp3,500,000/month
Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging and relevant content for TikTok & Instagram
- Analyze social media trends to increase engagement and reach
- Interact with followers and build a strong brand community
- Collaborate with the creative team to enhance visual and storytelling quality
- Optimize hashtags, captions, and platform features for better visibility
- Analyze content performance and provide insights for more effective strategies
Qualifications:
- Experience managing TikTok & Instagram accounts (preferably in the F&B industry)
- Creative and up-to-date with social media trends
- Ability to create engaging short-form video content
- Basic understanding of copywriting and storytelling for social media
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Experience in video editing using apps like CapCut, VN, or similar is a plus
