Job description for Social Media Specialist at Pt. Paramitra Alfa Sekuritas
- Develop, implement, and manage Paramitra’s social media strategy
- Work closely with our graphic designer to bring original, highly creative, and engaging content ideas
- In charge of copywriting
- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
- Manage and handle KOL while running campaigns
- Create monthly reports on social media
- Keep up with social platforms, making proactive recommendations based on trends and insight
- Min. 1 years experience in creative industries, fresh graduates are also welcome
- Bachelor's degree in communication or other related fields
- A creative thinking is a MUST
- Know financial trends and other related trends in general
- Experience in managing social media channels, such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Linked-in, and Tiktok
- Have a deep understanding of algorithms and best practices for social media
- Able to work under tight deadlines
- Able to work in a team, eager to learn and grow
- Having design skills (illustrator, photoshop), video editing, photography is a plus
