Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
- 2-5 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer).
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Creativity and an eye for visual aesthetics.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret social media metrics.
- Experience with paid social media advertising and knowledge of targeting strategies.
- Familiarity with content marketing and SEO best practices.
- Experience with crisis management and brand advocacy is advantageous.
