We’re looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Specialist to join our team and bring our brand to life on digital platforms. If you’re passionate about beauty, trends, and crafting content that stands out, we’d love to hear from you!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Content Creation:
- Develop, plan, and create engaging content (photo, video, and text) for all social media platforms, especially Instagram and Tiktok.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure visuals align with Rayme Beauty’s brand identity.
- Stay updated on beauty trends and create content that resonates with our target audience.
2. Social Media Strategy:
- Build and execute a social media content calendar that aligns with marketing campaigns, launches, and events.
- Identify growth opportunities for brand awareness, engagement, and follower acquisition.
3. Community Engagement:
- Interact with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
- Foster a positive, inclusive online community around the brand.
4. Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor, track, and report on the performance of social media campaigns using tools like Instagram Insights, Meta Business Suite, or other analytics platforms.
- Use insights to refine strategies and improve engagement rates, reach, and ROI.
5. Collaborations & Campaigns:
- Work with influencers, affiliators, and creators to amplify campaigns.
- Brainstorm and execute interactive campaigns like giveaways, polls, and challenges.
6. Trend Analysis:
- Stay ahead of the curve by identifying trends, tools, and new platform features that could benefit Rayme Beauty.
- Suggest innovative content ideas to keep the brand fresh and relevant.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-2 years of experience managing social media for a brand, preferably in the beauty or lifestyle industry, fresh graduates are welcome too.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
- Skilled in photo and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa and English with an eye for detail.
- Passionate about beauty, makeup, and empowering confidence.
- Highly creative with a strategic mindset.
