About This Role
Esensi is an agency specializing in digital marketing, particularly in social media management. We are looking for someone to fill the position of Social Media Specialist. The ideal candidate should have expertise in developing, managing, and optimizing social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement across various platforms.
What Will You Do
- Create social media campaigns and strategies to achieve goals within a specific period
- Develop content from ideation, writing, to production according to specified deadlines
- Analyze monthly content performance
- Draw insights from in-depth analysis of each content's performance
- Manage report for clients
What We Need From You
- At least 1 year of experience in the same field
- Up to date with the latest trends
- Familiar with Instagram or TikTok platforms
- Own personal laptop
