Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in tools such as Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Canva, Google Workspace, etc.
- Experience in event management and/or active involvement in online/offline communities is a plus.
- Good in communication and creative thinking
Jobdesc: - Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms
- Plan and maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and brand goals.
- Create and schedule engaging content (in collaboration with creative teams).
- Monitor and engage with online audiences, respond to comments/messages, and manage online reputation.
- Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers) and generate regular reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing and event team to support the promotion and execution of online & offline events (e.g. workshops, webinars, launches, community gatherings).
- Produce content before, during, and after events to drive awareness and attendance.
- Initiate and manage community-driven campaigns such as UGC (user-generated content), community spotlights, or feedback forums.
