We're urgently looking for a Social Media Specialist to begin in March
Job Descriptions
- Social Media Strategy Development. Create a strategy to determine what type of content will be shared, when, and which platform. Set measurable goals (e.g., follower growth, engagement rates, conversions). Understand target audience demographics, interest, and behaviors to tailor content effectively.
- Content Creation. Craft engaging captions, posts, and ad copy that resonate with the target audience. Use simple design tools (such as Canva or Adobe) to create social media graphics, posters, or visuals that align with the brand's identity. Ensure consistency in color schemes, typography, and design elements to maintain brand coherence.
- Analytics and Reporting. Monitor engagement rates, follower growth, traffic and conversions using social media analytics tools. Regularly report on performance against goals and provide inshights for improving strategy.
- Paid Social Media Campaign. Plan and execute paid social media campaigns (e.g., Instagram Promotions). Allocate and monitor ad budgets, adjusting strategies to optimize ROI (Return on Investment). Define target audience and refine strategies based on campaign performance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in communication or related field
- Strong writting and communication skills
- Knowledge of social media platforms
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Basic Design Skills
- Understanding of design principles (such as color schemes, typography, and composition) to maintain a consistent aesthetic across all content.
