Prominest is a premium ready-to-drink bird’s nest brand focused on wellness and modern lifestyle. We’re looking for a Social Media Specialist who understands trends, storytelling, and how to grow a brand authentically across platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, manage, and execute daily content across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Develop monthly content calendars and support campaign planning.
- Ensure posting consistency, brand alignment, and a strong brand voice.
- Analyze content performance, identify insights, and create regular reports.
- Monitor content trends to keep the brand current and relevant.
- Coordinate with the content creator, graphic designer, and marketing team.
- Conduct trend, audience, and competitor research.
- Manage community interactions: respond to comments, DMs, and engage with followers.
- Provide new ideas for content formats, storytelling angles, and engagement strategies.
- Basic support for performance marketing: understanding Meta Ads and TikTok Ads (not mandatory).
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and social media algorithms.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design, visual trends, and premium lifestyle aesthetics.
- Able to analyze performance metrics and propose data-driven improvements.
- Familiar with social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, etc.).
- Up to date with digital trends, viral formats, and audience behavior.
- Basic understanding of paid ads (Meta Ads & TikTok Ads).
- Preferably experienced in lifestyle, beauty, wellness, or FMCG brands.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working with deadlines.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field is preferable.
