Job description for Social Media Specialist – SEASEE at PT Fast Beauty Indonesia
ABOUT THE ROLE
Responsible for bringing SEASEE's brand to life on Instagram and TikTok every day — executing the content plan, producing videos, engaging with the community, and making sure the feed stays consistent, on-brand, and performing.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute monthly content plan based on briefs from the Marketing Manager
- Plan and publish 1 post per day on Instagram & TikTok (@SEASEE_OFFICIAL, @SEASEE_GLOBAL and @SEASEE_BALI)
- Self-produce all video content — concept, shoot, and edit independently (Reels, TikTok)
- Collaborate with the design team for static and carousel content
- Manage community engagement — reply to comments, DMs, and maintain brand tone
- Monitor content performance and report key metrics weekly to the Marketing Manager
- Support offline events with on-ground content documentation
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1–2+ years managing brand social media accounts (Instagram & TikTok)
- Able to self-produce video content: shoot, edit, and publish (CapCut, Premiere, or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and TikTok FYP algorithm and best practices
- Eye for aesthetics — maintains visual consistency across the feed
- Good written communication in Bahasa Indonesia & English
- Fast-moving, consistent, and detail-oriented
- Bonus: familiar with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics)
