Job description for Social Media Specialist (Mid-level) at Pexio
- Design and implement social media content strategies to strengthen branding and increase audience engagement
- Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn), including overseeing comments, posts, campaigns, live sessions, and targeting
- Plan and execute various promotional campaigns and collaborations with brand partners or influencers
- Develop content calendars and ensure consistency and relevance of the content published
- Create and produce content that supports the company’s marketing and branding objectives
- Analyze social media performance data and generate regular reports to support strategic decision-making
- Manage social media communities by enhancing interactions and follower loyalty
- Maintain positive relationships with followers and manage crisis communication when necessary
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related fields
- At least 2 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing
- Proven experience in content planning and managing company social media accounts
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate performance data and provide data-driven recommendations
- Excellent writing and communication skills in both Indonesian and English
- Familiar with social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc)
- Creative, proactive, and capable of strategic thinking
