Social Media Specialist (Mid-level)

Job Description:

1. Design and implement social media content strategies to strengthen branding and increase audience engagement
2. Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn), including overseeing comments, posts, campaigns, live sessions, and targeting
3. Plan and execute various promotional campaigns and collaborations with brand partners or influencers
4. Develop content calendars and ensure consistency and relevance of the content published
5. Create and produce content that supports the company’s marketing and branding objectives
6. Analyze social media performance data and generate regular reports to support strategic decision-making
7. Manage social media communities by enhancing interactions and follower loyalty
8. Maintain positive relationships with followers and manage crisis communication when necessary

Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related fields
2. At least 2 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing
3. Proven experience in content planning and managing company social media accounts
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate performance data and provide data-driven recommendations
5. Excellent writing and communication skills in both Indonesian and English
6. Familiar with social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc)
7. Creative, proactive, and capable of strategic thinking
