Job Description:
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and publishing content across social media platforms.
- Manage daily audience engagement by responding to comments and DMs, and escalating urgent inquiries or complaints when needed.
- Coordinate with KOLs and influencers for content collaborations, including communication and posting schedules.
- Create and publish real-time content during events, including Instagram Stories, short-form videos, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Monitor basic social media performance, including reach, views, and engagement, and share insights with the team.
- Support the team in maintaining an active, engaging, and consistent social media presence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Media, Marketing, Communications, Creative, or a related field (final year with no classes to attend and fresh graduates are welcome).
- Have hands-on exposure to social media through internships, bootcamps, organizational experience, freelance projects, or personal projects.
- Familiar with major social media platforms, especially Instagram, and understand basic content and engagement practices.
- Comfortable communicating and coordinating with different people, including KOLs, influencers, and internal teams.
- Able to attend and create content on-site during events in Jakarta.
- Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and adapt quickly to fast-paced event environments.
- Willing to work Wednesday-Sunday, 08.00-17.00, with Monday-Tuesday as days off.
- Must be domiciled in Jabodetabek area.
