As a Social Media Intern at ScaleOcean, you will play a key role in enhancing our brand presence across various social media platforms. You will work closely with the marketing team to create, schedule, and manage content that engages our audience and promotes ScaleOcean’s ERP solutions. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, and brand strategy, while also allowing you to learn how to analyze engagement data to refine and optimize campaigns.
Job Requirements :
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Familiarity with social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Basic understanding of social media trends, content creation, and engagement strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an ability to brainstorm and generate new content ideas.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or other content management tools.
Key Qualifications :
- Strong interest in social media and digital marketing.
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer) is a plus.

Daily Responsibilities :
Assist in creating social media content including posts, images, and videos.
- Schedule and publish social media content across different platforms.

- Track and report on social media metrics, providing insights for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with overall brand strategy.
Monthly Responsibilities :
- Assist in developing a content calendar for upcoming social media campaigns.
- Help analyze the performance of social media campaigns and recommend adjustments.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends and share insights with the team.
- Contribute ideas for new social media campaigns and content strategies.
