Job description for Social Media Specialist (Intern) at DWN Corp

Membantu merencanakan dan membuat konten kreatif untuk media sosial perusahaan.
Mengembangkan ide konten seputar produk, menu, promo, aktivitas outlet, dan tren kuliner yang relevan.
Melakukan pengambilan foto dan video produk makanan atau minuman serta melakukan editing.
Menyusun caption, menentukan hashtag, dan menjadwalkan publikasi konten sesuai content calendar.
Melakukan riset trend media sosial, kompetitor, dan strategi konten untuk meningkatkan brand awareness.
Memantau interaksi audiens serta mengevaluasi performa konten berdasarkan insight media sosial.
Membantu pelaksanaan campaign promosi, peluncuran menu baru, dan kegiatan pemasaran digital perusahaan.
Berkoordinasi dengan tim outlet untuk memastikan konten sesuai dengan identitas brand perusahaan.
