Position: Social Media Specialist

Job Description

• Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies aligned with company goals.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
• Take and produce social media content, including photos, videos, reels, and short-form content.
• Edit and optimize photos and videos for social media using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, or similar applications.
• Handle the end-to-end content process, from content planning and shooting, editing, caption writing, to posting on social media.
• Manage daily social media activities, including posting, commenting, and replying to messages.
• Monitor social media trends, competitors, and audience behavior.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and optimize content and campaigns based on insights.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams for campaign and promotional activities.
• Manage paid social media campaigns and advertisements to increase reach and conversions.
• Handle customer inquiries, comments, and feedback through social media platforms.
• Prepare regular weekly and monthly reports on social media performance.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in social media management; 1–3 years of experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Able to take photos and videos and create engaging social media content independently.
• Strong video and photo editing skills for social media content.
• Creative mindset with strong content creation, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
• Familiar with social media analytics tools and platform insights.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of graphic design and editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, or similar software.
• Experience with social media advertising, including Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in English is preferred.
