Social Media Specialist Full Time

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Specialist to join our team at Sesua Creative. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our clients' social media presence, developing engaging content strategies, and driving brand awareness through compelling social media campaigns.

Responsibilities:

- Manage client social media accounts across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)

- Develop and implement content strategies that align with clients’ business goals and target audience

- Create visually appealing content (images, videos, infographics) that resonates with followers

- Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools

- Prepare monthly reports on social media performance, providing insights and improvement recommendations

- Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner

- Collaborate with creative teams and clients to ensure brand voice and messaging consistency

- Identify opportunities to boost reach and engagement through organic posts and paid campaigns

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting

In-depth understanding of current social media trends, algorithms, and best practices

Strong writing and communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)

Creative mindset with an eye for design and the ability to create engaging content

Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.)

Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
