Job description for Social Media Specialist – Founder Marketing at Punya Arti

We’re looking for a Social Media Specialist who can help build and manage founder-led content that not only strengthens personal branding, but also amplifies the mission and impact of Accelero Indonesia.
This role is for someone who understands that behind every educational initiative, there are stories, ideas, and conversations that inspire people to take action.
Your work will help transform experiences, insights, and everyday moments into meaningful content that supports community growth, awareness, and long-term impact.
What you’ll work on:
• Develop content ideas and content strategy for founder accounts
• Create content that aligns personal stories with education and impact narratives
• Plan and manage content calendars across social platforms
• Write captions and content copy
• Identify trends and turn them into relevant content opportunities
• Support content production process (briefing, scripting, coordination, etc.)
• Help strengthen audience engagement and community growth
• Create content that indirectly supports Accelero Indonesia awareness and marketing goals
We’re looking for someone who:
• Has experience managing social media and content strategy
• Understands storytelling and audience psychology
• Has strong copywriting skills
• Understands short-form content and platform trends
• Can translate ideas into engaging content formats
• Thinks beyond posting and understands marketing objectives
Bonus if you:
• Have experience with founder branding or personal branding content
• Have worked in education, social impact, startup, or community sectors
• Care about increasing access to education and creating meaningful impact
