Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field with at least 2 years of experience in social media or content creation.
- A trend-agile digital strategist who can instantly pivot content based on viral internet culture and analyze data to drive social media growth.
- Natural eye for visual storytelling, styling trends, and current womenswear aesthetics, with proficiency in photography, videography, and mobile editing (VN, CapCut).
- Exceptional storytelling skills to write clear, fun, and engaging captions tailored to different online platforms.
- Proactive self-starter who pitches fresh concepts, organizes impromptu shoots, and actively contributes ideas in team discussions.
- Exceptionally adaptable, responsive, and organized to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and execute ENSO’s monthly social media content calendar
- Develop and produce photo and video content in collaboration with the Graphic Designer and Content Creator
- Research social media trends, internet culture, and competitor activity to develop relevant content ideas.
- Evaluate and monitor content performance, analyze content traction, and contribute insights to marketing funnel and analytics reports.
- Leverage performance data and audience insights to continuously improve content quality, engagement, and social media growth.
- Ensure all content is delivered consistently, on time, and aligned with ENSO’s brand identity.
- Proactively solve operational challenges and ensure smooth content production.
- Consistently achieve agreed social media and content KPIs.
