Job description for Social Media Planner and Content Creator at Comme Studios

Comme Studios dan Phase People adalah brand running & cycling apparel yang lahir dari semangat komunitas — menggabungkan performa, desain, dan cerita. Kami mencari seseorang yang kreatif, peka terhadap tren, dan mampu membawa visi brand kami hidup di dunia digital.

Tanggung Jawab Utama

Menyusun dan menjalankan calendar konten bulanan untuk Instagram, TikTok, dan platform lain.

Membuat konsep konten foto dan video yang sesuai dengan identitas Comme Studios.

Mengatur dan memproduksi konten bersama fotografer, videografer, dan talent.

Menulis caption dan storytelling yang engaging serta sejalan dengan tone brand.

Memantau insight dan engagement untuk mengoptimalkan performa konten.

Berkolaborasi dengan tim marketing & event untuk mendukung campaign dan peluncuran produk baru.

Kualifikasi

Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang content creation / social media (lebih disukai di fashion, sport, atau lifestyle brand).

Memahami estetika visual dan storytelling di media sosial.

Mampu bekerja cepat, fleksibel, dan berinisiatif tinggi.

Familiar dengan tools seperti Canva, CapCut, atau Adobe Creative Suite.

Passion di bidang running, cycling, atau active lifestyle adalah nilai tambah besar.
