Job description for Social Media (Paid Internship) at Jiwa Group
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media content calendars across multiple platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, Twitter)
- Create engaging and visually appealing social media posts, including copy, images, and videos
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and identify opportunities to increase engagement
- Assist with the implementation of paid social media advertising campaigns, including campaign set-up, targeting, and performance tracking
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media activities with the overall brand and marketing strategy
- Analyse social media performance data and provide insights to help inform future content and campaign planning
What We're Looking For
- Strong interest and experience in digital marketing, particularly in the area of social media management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and on-brand content
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective features and best practices
- Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Google Analytics)
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently to meet deadlines
- Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
