Social Media Operator (Youtube)

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic YouTube Operator to join our short-drama company in Bali, Indonesia. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing the release and operation of bulk Chinese short-drama channels, ensuring efficient content delivery, smooth team collaboration, and continuous improvement of overall channel performance.

This role requires:

excellent English language proficiency, extensive social media operation experience, and a strong aesthetic sense.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Release and Optimization: Oversee and manage the daily release of Chinese short-dramas across multiple YouTube channels, ensuring smooth publishing processes and adherence to content quality standards.
• Team Management and Collaboration: Lead and guide the YouTube content operations team, including developing work plans, assigning tasks, conducting performance evaluations, and resolving daily operational issues.
• Data Analysis and Review: Regularly analyze YouTube channel data, including views, subscribers, engagement rates, etc., conduct in-depth reviews, identify growth opportunities, and propose optimization strategies.
• Cross-departmental Communication: Collaborate closely with the translation team to ensure timely delivery of short-drama content and compliance with publishing requirements.
• Market Trend Insights: Continuously monitor YouTube platform policies, algorithm changes, and trends in YouTube short drama channels, adjusting operational strategies promptly to maintain content competitiveness.
• Brand Image Building: Requires a high level of aesthetic sense to ensure all published content aligns with the public brand image and tone, enhancing the channel's professionalism and user appeal.
