Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
- Identify and define winning content angles based on audience behavior trends, platform insight.
- Create compelling copywriting & storytelling (captions, hooks, scripts, and content direction).
- Ensure content consistency by acting as a quality controller for tone, messaging, and overall brand impact.
- Collaborate closely with designers, video editors, and content executors to support daily content production.
- Manage, schedule, and optimize content distribution across Instagram, X and TikTok.
- Monitor and interpret performance metrics (reach, engagement rate, retention, CTR, and growth) to improve content strategy.
- Maintain and manage multiple brand identities with different positioning and target audiences.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations through data-driven decision making.
- Support the team with a growth mindset by proactively testing new formats, trends, and creative approaches.
Requirement:
- Willing to work from the office (WFO) in Sleman, Yogyakarta.
- 2–3+ years of experience in Social Media, Content, Copywriting, or a related role.
- Strong storytelling and creative thinking skills, with the ability to create engaging and relatable content.
- Proven ability to identify what drives content performance and audience engagement.
- Ability to interpret content performance metrics (engagement rate, retention, CTR, reach) and translate them into improvements.
- Strong execution capability as an individual contributor, with good time management and prioritization skills.
- Growth-oriented, target-driven, and performance-focused while maintaining brand consistency.
- Hands-on experience managing Instagram & TikTok, with a good understanding of trends and platform behavior.
- Ability to develop strong content angles, especially for service-based or education tech-related offerings.
- Creative, trend-aware, and able to adapt content while staying aligned with brand character
- Experience handling multiple brands / agency environments is a plus
