Social Media Officer
We are looking for a Social Media Officer who is trend-aware, digitally savvy, and able to translate brand voice into relevant, engaging, and consistent content across platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Manage social media accounts (planning, posting, and monitoring) in line with the brand strategy.
- Develop daily, weekly, and campaign-based content ideas.
- Write engaging captions that align with the brand’s tone of voice.
- Collaborate with the creative team (design, copy, video) to ensure strong content execution.
- Monitor content performance (reach, engagement, growth) and prepare simple performance reports.
- Stay up to date with social media trends and adapt quickly to new formats.
- Engage with the audience through comments and direct messages in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Social Media Officer, Content, or Digital role (fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms (Instagram, TikTok, X, etc.).
- Comfortable with caption writing and short-form storytelling.
- Up to date with trends, memes, and internet culture.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage content timelines.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Nice to Have:
- Basic knowledge of content planning or reporting.
- Experience handling brand accounts or campaigns.
- Good visual sense and understanding of content production workflows.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
