Job description for Social Media Officer at PT Ruang Bugar Sehela
We run two community-focused brands: Sehela Space, a yoga studio in Kemang and Pondok Labu, and Sehela Kopi, our coffee shop at Pondok Labu. We're looking for a creative, hands-on Social Media Officer to tell the story of both brands and grow our community online.
What you'll do
- Create monthly content plans for both brands, with a good mix of product content, community stories and fun, entertaining posts
- Shoot and edit photos and videos of classes, workshops, coffee, bakes, our team, members and customers (when needed)
- Create and publish content for Instagram, TikTok and other channels: Reels, carousels, stories and captions
- Find, invite and coordinate with KOLs (wellness, lifestyle, food and coffee creators) for collaborations, visits and events
- Plan cross-brand content and promos that connect the studio and the coffee shop
- Set up, run and optimize digital ads (Meta Ads / TikTok Ads) to drive class bookings and coffee shop visits
- Track performance (reach, engagement, ad results, bookings, sales) and share a monthly report with ideas to improve
What we're looking for
- 1–2 years of experience as a social media officer, content creator or similar (fresh grads with a strong portfolio are welcome)
- Comfortable shooting and editing on a phone; CapCut, Canva or Lightroom skills are a plus
- Hands-on experience running Meta Ads or TikTok Ads
- Good at writing captions in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Confident reaching out to KOLs and building relationships
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage two brands with different voices across several locations
- Bonus: you're into wellness, coffee, or food and have a feel for community-driven content.
