- Managing the social media and posting contents on various platforms
- Involved in content creation
- Replying to comments and DMs (Fast response)
- Improving social media experience, creating engagement with audiences, and facilitating organic growth
- Monitoring feedbacks from audiences and gathering information on social media
- Assisting in researching and identifying influencers and partnerships
- Involved in team discussions to continuously improve the social media metrics
