Job Description:
- Ensure the overall planning, arrangement, and implementation of social media activities.
- Develop and implement social media content plans and strategies aligned with the organization’s communication and branding objectives.
- Create, manage, and publish engaging content across social media platforms, including written, visual, and video content.
- Produce and edit high-quality videos, reels, short-form content, and other multimedia materials for social media and promotional purposes.
- Build strong and effective cooperation with other departments to support content creation, campaigns, events, and overall organizational objectives.
- Support the promotion of organizational activities, events, programs, and campaigns through relevant social media content.
- Perform other duties related to social media management, digital content creation, and communication as required.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate preferably possesses a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Communication, Marketing, Digital Media, Creative Media, or any related major.
- Proven experience in social media management and digital content creation.
- Proficient in video editing and multimedia content production.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, CapCut, or equivalent.
- Experience or demonstrated ability in event planning, coordination, and execution.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to develop engaging and relevant content.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external parties.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and audience engagement.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple content projects and deadlines.
- Having excellent English Proficiency is mandatory.
