Job description for Social Media Officer at Flokq
- Develop and manage original, professional, and engaging social content
- Manage the overall strategy and day-to-day execution of FLOKQ’s social media channels
- Work alongside the Content Team to create and maintain a content calendar for all social media channels
- Serve as a social media platform expert – bring industry trends, innovative ideas and fresh ways to ensure the engagement with and traffic from our audience on a regular basis
- Create and execute a plan to build and protect our brands in their respective online or geographic communities
- Use data and social feedback to inform brand and internal teams on consumer opinion, content or campaign successes and learnings, and develop ideas for future social campaigns
- Previous experience with Social Media Content Planning & Management
- Must speak, read and write English and Indonesian fluently!
- Experienced in communications and community management on online and social media at firms with notable social media presence.
- Self-directed, detail-oriented, results-focused and collaborative team player who can quickly shuffle priorities to meet the demands of the job and be comfortable in an exciting and dynamic environment
