Job description for Social Media Officer at Sakha Coffee Roastery

Job Desk

- Menyusun strategi konten media sosial sesuai dengan target dan kebutuhan brand.

- Melakukan riset tren, kompetitor, serta ide konten yang relevan.

- Membuat content planning, content calendar, dan content brief untuk tim kreatif.

- Berkolaborasi dengan tim internal terkait kebutuhan konten

- Memantau serta menganalisis performa konten untuk meningkatkan engagement dan pertumbuhan akun media sosial.

Kualifikasi

- Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 dari jurusan yang relevan.

- Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Social Media Strategist, Content Planner, atau posisi sejenis.

- Memahami strategi konten, algoritma Instagram & TikTok, serta tren media sosial.

- Mampu membuat content planning, menganalisis insight, dan menyusun evaluasi konten.

- Kreatif, komunikatif, mampu bekerja secara kolaboratif, serta terbiasa bekerja dengan target dan deadline.

- Menguasai Google Workspace, Notion, atau tools manajemen konten menjadi nilai tambah.
